In January of 2019, Kimberly Johnson partnered with Jenny as the Operations Guru and "The Gurus" were born. Kimberly brings many years of real estate, marketing and operations experience to add a powerful extra layer of service and expertise to help give clients an exceptional real estate experience. The same year we added amazing Referral Gurus (TN licensed agents that refer only to Jenny Fann) to the team. 2020-2022 brought Realtor Gurus, Jo Anna Statz and Jessica Page as well as Showing Guru, Amie Norris, to the team. Jenny is a third-generation real estate agent/broker and has been a resident of the greater Nashville area since 1989. Graduating from Middle Tennessee State University, she KNOWS Middle Tennessee and is well-acquainted with the diverse beauty and blessings this area offers. Jenny has been married to her high school sweetheart for more than 20 years and is mom to two active, athletic
teenage boys.

Jenny has a deep love for the local community and strives to give back and pay forward through Fann Forward Fridays and other community service. She and her family enjoy spending time together at their hilltop home in Nashville, watching football, and eating Stromboli. Jenny’s love for real estate precludes many hobbies but she has been known to binge-watch an entire Netflix series on any given Sunday IF the Titans are not playing.
Kimberly was born in Georgia and raised in south eastern Kentucky and east Tennessee. She is a true southern girl who appreciates her southern roots.
With a business and communications background, Kimberly stepped into real estate over 20 years ago with a desire to bring people "home." She has learned over the years that her favorite part of real estate is Operations and Training. Her passion is to help empower others, especially women, to be courageous and strong in both business and life. She is honored to be part of a team that loves big and cares so much for one another
and our clients.
Kimberly and her husband, Mark, live in beautiful Bethesda. She is a breast cancer survivor and currently serves on the Tennessee Breast Cancer Coalition board. One of her greatest joys is being “LaLa” to her very active grandson! Her family loves spending time together at the lake and the beach. And if you hear loud cheering during basketball season – that’s Kimberly pulling for her Kentucky Wildcats.
JoAnna began her real estate career in 2001 in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Her family moved to middle Tennessee in 2016 and in just a few short years, it became home. She has enjoyed working on both sides of listing and buying homes for her clients.

JoAnna and her husband, Craig, have been married for over 20 years and have three children and one pampered pup named “Georgia.” The Statz family loves attending church and community events together and exploring beautiful middle Tennessee.
Jessica was born and raised in Georgetown, KY and is a second generation Realtor. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with a degree in elementary education, and teaching 1st grade, she realized her true passion was educating and helping families to find their perfect home. She began her real estate career in 2005 and relocated to the Nashville area in 2017. Jessica jumped into the Middle Tennessee vibrant real estate market and has worked hard to become familiar with her new community. She is very excited to bring her 15+ years of experience to the Guru team.
Jessica is the proud Mom of a guitar loving, teenage son and her little firecracker daughter that shares her love for reading. You'll find her on morning walks in her Thompson's Station community, trying new restaurants, learning how to recreate her favorite dishes at home, reading/listening to biographies of successful peoples lives, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
Amie was born and raised in middle Tennessee. In 2019, she met her husband and moved to the Spring Hill area. Amie owned her own business as a hair stylist and makeup artist prior to obtaining her real estate license in October of 2019. Amie originally joined the team as a Referral Guru but soon realized she was ready to jump in and serve our clients full time.
As a self-proclaimed nerd, she enjoys learning new things and loves to educate others on the knowledge she acquires. In her spare time, she likes to work on perfecting her photography skills, learning new things to cook, listening to podcasts, and exploring new places with her husband and kids.
